Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit!

Today we welcome the new month, and I celebrate being selected as one of the nine 2017 CSA artists! I am honored to be a part of this Arts & Science Council program, for which I will be commissioned to produce 50 small paintings this coming Spring. I applied for this grant with the hope it will provide all the incentive I need to find time in the studio, developing my work and moving it in new directions. I am thrilled, and excited to see where it leads!

I did not waste any time ordering materials, and promptly bought the online store out of 10" square panels. But perhaps only receiving half my order was a blessing in disguise - 24 small paintings seems like the perfect amount to start with. I intend to work on them together as much as my small studio will allow, with the hope they will grow together.
